Toast “The Garlic”
Finely chop the garlic, RUB it with salt, mix with soft butter. Crumble and add to the mixture herbs: parsley, dill. Next, prepare the bread: it is better to take a French loaf. I’m going to cut it into slices 1 cm thick, but do not cut them until the end. Spread the prepared slices with garlic mixture. Preheat the oven. Wrap the loaf with foil and put it in the oven for 10 minutes until Golden brown.
Cut black bread into slices (preferably long slices) and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the bread with olive oil, sprinkle crushed garlic, sprinkle with salt. After that put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake until Browning.
Slices of bread lightly fry in a pan with olive oil on one side. After that, turn over, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and fry on the other side. Better to toast the bread until it’s soft, because after removing the croutons from the pan will harden.
Fry the brown bread in a pan with olive oil. Ready RUB croutons with garlic.
Sausages with bacon
Take a sausage, make it to the cut, put back a slice of cheese. Being wrapped sausage with cheese in a thin slice of bacon, procalamation a skewer (to prevent the sandwich from falling apart). Bake in the oven until Golden brown.

Chop the onion rings. Prepare the batter: mix 2 eggs, 2 cups milk, 100 g flour, salt, add black and red pepper. You can add in the batter and other spices to taste, so the dish turned out bland. The consistency of the batter should be like sour cream.
Dip onion rings into batter and fry in a pan with olive oil until Golden brown.
