Simple salads for every day

Freshly picked vegetables contain almost full list of vitamins and vital trace elements, without which our body cannot fully work, and therefore the appearance will suffer. A well-known fact that vitamins have properties accumulate, so why not saturate the body with vitamins before a long and cold winter? There are a few simple recipes of salads from very affordable products. They are easy, the ingredients are interchangeable, so each hostess can bring their own exclusive add-ons and enhancements.

A salad of tomatoes and arugula

Cooking time 5 minutes. Take a bundle of fresh arugula, torn by hand into small pieces. The tomato in half mode (you can use plain variety), mix with lettuce. Now add Parmesan cheese, cut into small oblong slices.In a separate small bowl mix a few tablespoons of olive oil with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Generously filled salad, add salt to taste. And all that vitamin bomb is ready!

Salad with pita bread

This is a very simple, accessible and highly original recipe. To prepare the salad you will need 10 minutes of time, a bit of cabbage, a sprig of leek, 2 tomato, 2 cucumber, 1 small carrot and one pita bread.

Cabbage finely chop, carrots to RUB on a grater. Mix and lightly crush by hand. Tomatoes and cucumbers and onions and add to the cabbage and carrots. Dressed with sunflower oil and sprinkle with salt.

Pita bread cut into several squares and wrap vegetables in it.

Salad “Male”

This dish it is possible to please Your man. It consists of boiled beef, and men, as we know, no meat just can’t live. So, 200 grams of beef boil, cool and cut into small pieces.
