The proverb about what a real woman can make anything from a hat, a scandal and a salad, familiar, probably, each one of you. Greek salad

You will need:

tomatoes,

cucumbers,

bell pepper,

olives,

feta cheese,

red onion,

olive oil,

lemon juice

We cut all big cubes, season with butter mixture and lemon juice. It is possible to taste add Basil or oregano. Nowhere is easy, but also tastes better too. The main thing here is to take delicious and fresh vegetables.

Cucumber and avocado

It is a leader in my personal ranking among the salads, for each day, the recipe of which the simplicity is superior to all notions of cooking. Today avocados you can buy in any supermarket. So feel free to consider this salad for everyday meals.

You will need:

cucumbers,

ripe avocados (unripe differs from that easily dents with a finger)

leaf lettuce,

dill,

sour cream for filling,

salt to taste
